Q:How do I ensure that when I expand the Ice Tray (pull the straps), the ice cubes are still not connected and easily get out?
A:You must BREAK ice cubes apart before you expand. Place Ice Tray on table, place your hands on top of each other. Push with both hands in the center of the Ice Tray – two times on each side. Remove the LID and pull the straps. SHAKE the Ice Tray to loosen the ice.

Q:It is very hard to expand the product (pull out the trays). What do I do wrong?
A:Make sure you have removed the LID to prevent vacuum inside before you expand it. Also, if there is a solid wall of ice below the LID, you might need to crack this to avoid a vacuum. Make sure you have done the BREAK, as explained in Q1.

Q:How long time do I need to freeze the Ice Tray?
A:You need to freeze it for 6-7 hours, dependent on the freezer size and capacity. Most often, you can see if the ice is frozen by removing the LID to look.

Q:Would a frozenIce Tray leak in my bag/cooler when I bring it on Camping?
A:No! – as long as you keep the LID on, the Ice Tray will stay watertight and have no leaking
If the Ice Tray is leaking, make sure that the TRAYs (both sides) are snapped on properly, and the LID is pressed down properly.

Q:How do I disassembly the Ice Tray for cleaning?
A:You can disassembly the product by un-snapping both sides (TRAYS). Pull the raised edges in the bottom (part of the feet) apart from the mainframe. Make sure to loosen the trays along all 4 sides. Do not try to pull off at only one side.

Q:Will the product have an odor?
A: Pink transparent and white transparent products will have some glue smell. Food grade is completely harmless to the human body and can be eaten with confidence.


The handles of white transparent and pink transparent products are easy to break, please do not use too much force! !

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
